I remember the first day
we started to become friends
Summer had just barely began
and it seems like it would never end
You were already sunburned
And he had a flashy new car
I was greatful to have 2 best friends
as great as they both are
Soon we became a trio
an awesome set of three
partying, cruzing, having fun
the best of friends were we
The the trio realized
just how close they had become
when two of the three
fell so deep in love
With love and friendship
Strength and pride
Weve faced many battles
And our friendship has thrived
I remember the first day
we started to become friends
And summer that year did end
But our friendship never did
